The people that work at this hotel have has some excellent customer service training as they have impressed many guests with their attitudes. They are both professional and friendly which is a perfect combination to find in hotel staff.
You'll find that while this hotel is out of town, it's actually in a nice location. You can walk to the local park or head out for dinner in one of the many local restaurants. You'll also find that it is very convenient for those visiting the local medical centers.
Sometimes the parking at a hotel can be a bit sketchy but at this hotel, the parking lot is well lit and patrolled each night by security. You can rest easy knowing that your car is well taken care of while you are enjoying your stay.
The breakfast area is too small for the number of guests that stay here. This is rather annoying when you arrive in the morning ready to eat and have to wait for twenty minutes just to get a seat. On top of that, the food isn't that great, and the buffet often runs out of items.
The rooms aren't cleaned as thoroughly as guests would like, and you may find that it seems like they haven't been cleaned at all. This is not a cheap hotel so a clean room is the least you'd expect.
You get the benefit of an air conditioner and a fridge in the rooms at this hotel, but unfortunately, you also get to try and sleep through them coming on and off throughout the night. Either they are too old or just poorly designed.
