Hotel Hyatt Place Taghazout Bay (Agadir, Morocco)

Many guests liked the design of the hotel and the rooms with moroccan touches. They experienced the rooms as very clean, modern and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the resort invites to relax and enjoy the many activities that you can book directly here when staying.

Many guests really liked the location. The grounds themselves are beautifully kept. It is not far to the beach and a local shuttle is provided to take you to Tagazout Beach and Agadir Beach. Tours to the bigger attractions like Marrakech start right from the hotel. While the resort itself is quite remote and isolated giving it a very tranquil feel the shuttles and tours make interesting day trips possible without a rental car.

The complimentary free breakfast has received raving reviews from many guests, offering local specialities as well as sweet and savory hot foods like crepes and cold offerings. Many guests really enjoyed the spread and were happy with the service they received. The dining facilities are big and there is no shortage of seating space.

While many guests encountered helpful and friendly staff others felt that there might be some more training necessary and that too many small mistakes were made regarding billing or communication between different departments.

Some guests were not really happy with the quality of food for lunch or dinner.  They found it overpriced and mediocre at best. As there is not really much around the hotel itself if you do not use the shuttle bus to the nearby town, you might want to consider this when booking.
