Some of the past visitors have felt that Hyatt Regency Miami is in need of refurbishment. The hotel has been there for a while however due to its age hotel rooms have started to look old and outdated to some of the past guests.

Hotel has a weird smell.
May it be the hotel reception, lobby, corridor or rooms, cleanliness is highly required. Guests had to bear a foul smell that certainly disturbed them. Guests also have felt that the rooms and bathrooms need to be serviced properly.

Room key- A trouble.
Hotel guests have encountered issues with the room key card. The key card gets deactivated anytime it gets close to anything magnetic like credit cards and mobile phones. Guests had to visit reception to get it reactivated which annoyed them.
