This hotel is close to pretty much everything you will want to see while in New Orleans. It is especially convenient for Smoothie King Center and the Superdome. The French quarter is just a short walk away, where there are several bars and attractions. There is plenty to do within the building as well, such as taking a swim in the outdoor pool or having a workout at the fitness center.
The decor here is very modern and elegant. The beds are comfortable and everywhere displays a pleasingly high level of cleanliness and is easy on the eye.
If you are planning on bringing your car along to Hyatt Regency New Orleans then you'll have to pay to park. It is rather expensive as well, so be sure to prepare for that while budgeting for your visit.
The walls in this building seem very thin, meaning you might be able to hear everything that is going on in the next rooms. If people are talking loudly, you'll probably notice it. Also, the air-conditioning units can make quite a noise.
Some guestrooms are pretty tiny. You might not have much room to spread yourself out in them. The same can be said of the bathrooms.
