Guests enjoyed the amenities including the golf course, the pools and the spas. For people who wanted to be more active, there are water slides, bikes for rent and trails to explore. A shuttle will also take patrons to the nearby casino too.
The area is beautiful and quiet. Visitors said that they enjoyed being near the hills and in nature. They said that the surroundings are warm and exude the Southwestern charm. The grounds are also well-maintained. It’s a gorgeous place seemingly in the middle of nowhere that gives you a break.
Service is friendly, warm and expedient. Visitors cite the professionalism of the staff as exceeding expectations. Guests called it an exceptional experience.
Some guests were disappointed that they didn’t get more luxurious amenities considering the nightly rate they paid. They described the rooms as just average and that they just seemed ordinary. Repeat guests lament that the quality has declined over the years.
Guests expected more from the resort in terms of the quality of food. They said it tasted mediocre and that the restaurant experience felt more downscale. Although there are several restaurants, guests said that the food seemed the same and also cost unnecessarily more than what they wanted to pay.
This is a resort, so expect to pay accordingly. Guests noted that while they paid a flat price for the night, they were surprised to find additional resort fees that significantly raised the price tag.
