Set amongst plush tropical gardens, the crystal clear infinity pools are perfect for all the family, and so big as to never feel over-subscribed, even at busy times. Plentiful shaded seating and plush towels delight.
Many a guest has arrived in expectation of calm azure waters only to find a sea far too rough to enjoy. Even for strong swimmers, huge waves are so powerful that swimming simply isn't an option. While staff claim tides are generally calm, repeat guests claim otherwise.
One persistent problem pertains to oft-broken elevators. With just two lifts to service an entire building, and with one or both frequently out of commission, it isn't uncommon for guests to be forced to tackle numerous flights of stairs, which, in searing summer temperatures, can be especially distressing.
Not everyone who stays at this all-inclusive resort appreciates the culinary offerings. In less-severe instances, guests complain of bland buffet choices, cold items that ought to be hot and poorly presented dishes. In more serious cases, diners have experienced food poisoning, causing some to miss valuable vacation days.
