The members of staff are very caring and welcoming. They are also friendly and know how to handle the guests in a proficient manner. They are always excited to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The check-in and check-out processes are handled in a speedy and efficient method.
The location is very convenient at the centre of the city. Quite a number shops, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance. For instance, Bugis MRT station is just a few minute walk away. Guests can also catch a flight at Changi International Airport which is a few minutes' drive from the hotel.
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi which is very suitable because it is quite fast and the signal is strong in both the rooms and public areas. Browsing the web is an pleasant experience.
A number of guests have complained about the small size of the rooms and the bathrooms. In some cases the room is so small that the bed seemed to consume much of the space. Others couldn't accommodate a desk.
