We offer the most competitive tariff for the Lakeside Cottages, at the prime location of backwaters, in Kumarakom. *****Number of Rooms & Cottages We have ***6 Basic AC Rooms (Non-Lakeside) ***4 Standard AC Rooms, Near Lake*** 7 Lake Facing AC Cottages, and***1 Family AC Villa Near Lake with two bedrooms but with one bathroom. Total we have 18 independent Rooms with 20 Double Coats, comfortable for minimum 40 persons without extra beds. *****Other Facilities Non-Ac Conference Hall with the seating capacity of around 100 persons and parking area for around 40 cars. There is flood lit walkers- path around the Organic Farm in one and a half- acre Property, for the relaxation of the guest. Basketball Court, Shuttle Court, Table Tennis and Carroms, engages the guest with various activities. We offer fishing rods for fishing from the lake. Guest can have Houseboat, Motorboat, Shikkara and Speedboat from the Property itself. *****Restaurant We provide only safe and healthy food and should be ordered in advance as we never keep any cooked food in the deep freezer to serve the guest as soon as they order.
