The Hotel Indigo Ontario Rancho Cucamonga is now called the “Ontario Grand Inn & Suites.” Located in the Inland Empire vicinity, the hotel recently underwent major renovations in order to better serve their guests. Hardwood floors are complemented by simple modern décor. The hotel grounds exude a welcoming ambiance that keeps guests come back again and again. Hotel rooms are furnished with free Wi-Fi, TV, safe, en suite bathroom, and fridge. Upgraded rooms and suites include a chaise lounge and sofa. Amenities include a workout room, heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, and an airport shuttle. Guests are served a complimentary breakfast each morning. The hotel also has an on-site restaurant. Less than 5-minutes from the Ontario Convention Center and the Ontario International Airport, the Ontario Grand Inn & Suites is conveniently situated between Freeways 10 and 210, close to the meeting point of Freeways 15 and 60. The Empire Lakes Golf Course is 2.4 miles away and the Mile Victoria Garden Mall is 3 miles from the hotel premises.

There is plenty to do in the area. If you need a bank there is an ATM located almost right next door. If you want to shop, there's a mall within walking distance. Love golfing? There's a golf course roughly a mile away. Want to have some family fun? An amusement park is only a couple of miles away. The location is great!
Compared to other hotels in the area, this hotel is dirt cheap. It's not the best, but if you are on a tight budget, it will do.
The exterior of the hotel looks really good. The landscaping is kept orderly. The area of the hotel is not noisy or too busy. Unfortunately, the great appearance ends with the hotel's exterior.
The hotel is a let down from the moment you walk in the door. It seems that they can't keep the keys up-to-date, and don't be surprised if your room key lands in the hands of other guests and your room door is unexpectedly opened. Things are out of working order frequently and trash is consistently left in the elevator. Actually, the hotel is not very clean at all.
The hotel staff is a piece of work. They don't appear to like their job very much and request are basically ignored unless you remind them again and again. No friendly words, only solemn faces.
The breakfast is bad. In fact, it's so bad you may think you are being secretly filmed on some reality TV show where in the end everything will be explained and you receive a proper breakfast. Runny oatmeal, yogurt, and mini-muffins (the kind you find in the grocery store bag) is not a real breakfast.
