The staff members are very warm and courteous. They not only go out of their way to make you feel at home, they also have a kind and welcoming attitude. These attributes puts guests at ease from when they first walk into the hotel and when they check out.
The beds are very comfortable and the mattress is firm. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious. The bathtubs and showers are also quite spacious. The furniture and decor is classy and modern and fits in with hotel's theme.
The hotel is well located and close to various amenities. Quite a number of quality restaurants, nightclubs and bars are in the area. Those interested in the nightlife will be happy to find a vibrant with various entertainment scenes.
A few guests whose rooms were facing the street have complained of being disturbed by noise especially at night. The nightclubs nearby can get noisy as a result of the revelers and loud music. Those looking for a peaceful night's sleep will unfortunately not be able to have it some of the time and especially during the weekends.
Some guests find that the parking charges in the lot under the hotel are outrageous. They were upset when got charged every time they drove in or out of the parking area.
The wireless internet connection at the hotel isn't fast. Some were unhappy with their browsing as the slow speed connection left them frustrated. It was rather not easy at times to connect and it had downtimes.
