The area is close to most amenities in the city but still far enough to retain its peace and tranquillity. The gardens and pool are clean and well maintained. The quiet surroundings are convenient if you want a restful night's sleep free from noisy traffic.
Many guests were satisfied with how the hotel's staff treated them. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted warmly by the cheerful staff. The checking in and checking out process is carried out smoothly. They also assist and recommend anything they think might be of significance to guests.
Guests were happy to find that the rooms were spacious and clean. The decor was modern and blended in well with the rest of the hotel. The bathrooms were very roomy and the water pressure was very good.
Guests who used the hotel's wireless internet signal were left dismayed as a result of the very poor connection. The signal was prone to dropping as you move from room to room.
A number of guests thought that staying at the hotel was quite a costly affair. In some cases, they felt that the value of the food did not match the prices shown on the menu especially if you take into account that this is supposed to be a budget hotel.
Quite a few guests were not satisfied with the limited dining options on the premises. The only meal provided was breakfast which was served to guests at a surcharge. Guests felt that for the amount of money they were spending, the hotel should at least have a restaurant onsite or room service available.
