Each meal prepared at Insotel Club Maryland offers guests a great variety of choices, being in that the onsite restaurant is a buffet restaurant. The food is cooked to perfection, and guests will find that they are able to build up a plate suited to their tastes.

The members of staff are all very good at their jobs, and guests will find that they are only too happy to be of assistance, going out of their way to see to their guests satisfaction.

For guests departing from the hotel around lunchtime, the staff present these guests with a picnic lunch box, affording them the chance to dine while on the road. This has been found to be a great little treat, and rounds off one's trip very nicely.

The décor and furnishing in each room, while comfortable, are on the dated side of things, and guests who are more accustomed to staying in hotels with modern, and up-to-date accommodation, may find this to be unacceptable.

The lack of air conditioning in each room is very noticeable, especially in the summer months, when the heat can be unbearable. Guests may find themselves tossing and turning in the heat of their rooms throughout the night, especially if the ceiling fans don't provide sufficient relief.

The ground floors are on the main path to the lobby and hotel restaurant, and do tend to see a lot of guests walking past the windows. For guests who find that drapes are not enough to ensure privacy, requesting un upper level room may be suggested.
