Hotel Internacional (Benidorm, Spain)

Members of staff at the hotel appear to take their duties seriously and are always available when you need them. Their speediness and willingness in dealing with requests and complaints gives guests' confidence in their ability to satisfy their needs.

The breakfast menu is very good. The dishes are varied and in great abundance so you do not fear that food will run out. The wait team are also very professional in dealing with the diners and guests do not feel rushed while eating.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. Mattresses and pillows are also very comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean and modern. Guests were delighted upon discovering that hot water was in plenty in their bathrooms.

Rooms near the river experienced a lot of noise due to the constant noise from the bar especially at night times. The rooms are not properly insulated against sound and this resulted in a poor night's rest as guests would be constantly woken up by the noise.

A number of guests complained about the Wi-Fi connectivity at the hotel. Some thought it was too slow while others were not able to connect to the signal at all. Those trying to stream videos online were sorely disappointed as this was nearly impossible.

A number of guests complained about the lack of entertaining channels. Most complaints were raised by English-speaking guests who found the limited selection to be dismal as most channels catered to Spanish speaking guests.
