Built in the 1890s and set over four floors, Irving House at Harvard is
an older property without an elevator. As such, accessing rooms on the upper
floors may be difficult for those with mobility issues.
Some rooms are small and cramped.
Several guests have found their accommodations to be on the small side, reporting that cramped rooms have little space to store luggage and spread out. Reports would indicate that the guesthouse's single rooms are the small rooms in question, with many other rooms said to offer more space.
Shared bathroom doesn't appeal to all.
