Excellent Leisure Facilities
The leisure facilities at this hotel are fantastic. Guests reported that the casino is clean and very large with lots of brand new games. Also reported was a spacious and clean pool that always has the right temperature and a hot tub with perfect views for watching the sunset. .
Quiet but Central Location
This hotel is very easy to find right off a main highway. Although the area surrounding the hotel is quiet and off-the-beaten-path from the more crowded touristy areas, it is still close to everything including the Old Town area and many of the popular attractions. .
Bland, Poor-quality Food
Guests reported that the meals served at Isleta Resort and Casino are bland and poorly-prepared. Items are served soggy, undercooked, overcooked and over-seasoned. Also reported was hot meals served cold. .
Overwhelming Smell of Smoke Everywhere
There is a smell of cigarette smoke everywhere around the hotel, including the guest rooms which are advertised as smoke-free.
Poorly-kept Rooms in Need of Some Work
Guests reported some issues with the rooms including missing amenities, tattered furnishings and thin walls that don't filter out of the noise coming from other rooms and the corridors. .
