As its name suggests John Yancey Oceanfront Inn is well positioned if you are hoping to spend some time on the beach. Also, the property is within easy distance of places to eat and of lots of interesting and entertaining attractions.
The staff at this hotel are really friendly. They will greet you warmly and will always be happy to engage you in conversation. As well as this, they act in an extremely professional manner and will swiftly deal with any problems you may have. You'll certainly feel like they care about your enjoyment during your time here.
There is plenty to keep the family entertained here, if you don't_x000D_ feel like going out. The kids will be especially happy to spend time_x000D_ in the pool and in the playground.
On occasions, you may notice something of a musty smell at John Yancey Oceanfront Inn, both in public areas and in guestrooms. This can be quite overwhelming at times.
The beds at this hotel certainly aren't the most comfortable. You might not get a very enjoyable night's rest in them. Also, while some rooms offer nice views, others look out on nothing more attractive than a parking lot.
The property could use something of a revamp. Some of the carpets have stains on them and a lot of the furnishings are dated. A bit of loving care and a general spruce up would really make the place feel much fresher.
