About Karczma pod Mlynem

Karczma pod Mlynem was created in 1992 in Katowice. Its name derives from its location in Pod Mlynem district where at the beginning of 18th century steam, stone mill was founded. At that time, racecourse for children as well as mechanical roundabout existed in the vicinity of our restaurant. Traditional, Silesian festivity was organized on the first anniversary of our activities. In 2010 a new object was built on the street of General Haller in Katowice. This year however, we are pleased to announce opening of a completely new part of our hotel and a spa complex. This object has many facilities such as wireless Internet access, an elevator or hotel TV. In our restaurant you will be able to taste both traditional Silesian dishes and Polish specialties.
