Situated just one block back from the beach, Hotel Kassavetis Studios & Apartments is a huge complex with good amenities offering self catering accommodation close to great nightlife. The apartments are simply furnished, but include all the basics you need to enjoy your holiday. Each features private balcony, air conditioning, equipped kitchenette and separate sleeping and lounge/dining areas. Some apartments have sea views. Reception is open 24 hours to check you in and assist in any other reasonable way. The star attractions on-site are the many pools dotted around the complex, including one suitable for children. There are numerous facilities on-site, including a bus station, supermarket and even a McDonalds. There is a shopping mall on site, that has some dining options for those who are not self catering. The beach is mere steps away, and some of the best nightlife in the city is also within walking distance.

It seems that most of the guests had come to enjoy the nightlife. Those who had not had merely made a mistake in booking this hotel. Those seeking nightlife were very happy with the location, saying that all the bars and clubs they wanted to visit were close to the complex.
It seems that guests were almost surprised to be reporting that the staff were friendly and helpful. Perhaps because it is such a large complex, they seemed to be expecting disinterest, at the very least. They were certainly pleasantly surprised.
Several guests mentioned that they got a very decent room rate for great central accommodation they were quite satisfied with. They felt they received excellent value for money.
The entire complex is very much run for guests who are looking to enjoy the surrounding nightlife. As a result, spirits are high, and guests come and go at all hours. Most say it is definitely not the hotel for those seeking peace and quiet.
This was a remarkably common complaint. Guests said that the water pressure was exceptionally low, leading to showers that weren't so much showers as water dribbling down from the shower head.
It seems that most guests don't really use their kitchenettes much, opting for restaurants and fast food places nearby instead. But those who would have liked to make proper meals mentioned that the kitchenettes didn't really have the equipment that would allow them to do this anyway.
