Guests raved about the close distance of the hotel from the town and airport. They can easily get from one place to another by foot, and they are able to visit various tourist attractions within the area easily such as Oceanus, Centrepoint Mall, The Bed, Hard Rock Cafe, Kuta Bistro, and night markets.
The friendly and accommodating assistance of the staff, especially the receptionist, was appreciated by the guests. They were very helpful and welcoming the whole time which started by offering a warm smile. Thus, guests had a totally pleasant and comfortable stay.
Aside from the clean and well-maintained rooms, guests were also satisfied with the large size of the deluxe rooms. In addition, the rooms were decent which included a fantastic waterfront view.
The loud noise coming from the adjacent rooms has been very annoying for previous guests. They can easily hear loud conversations from people outside the hallways, heavy footsteps, banging of doors, and children running around within the premises especially during the night. The use of earplugs is highly recommended.
Guests were dismayed with the weak and unreliable Wi-Fi. They were not able to connect properly and the signal was a hit-or-miss. It has been very hard for those who were on a business trip and had to use the Internet for work.
The lack of an available parking space was very inconvenient for the guests. There was no free parking available on-site so guests had to look manually for other safe parking facilities within area just to leave their cars.
