Guests who want to indulge in a bit of sightseeing can do so at the ABQ BioPark Zoo, and National Hispanic Cultural Center that are easily reachable. The hotel is strategically positioned close to several sites like Sunshine Theater sitting a few minutes’ drive from the hotel. Being close to the old town, there are a number of shops and eateries in the area that can be explored.
Guests were pleased with the rates as they were very much reasonably priced compared to other hotels. If you are looking for a budget hotel, you'll be satisfied being at Knights Inn.
The hotel’s wireless internet connectivity was satisfying. In all the areas and especially in the rooms, the signal was fairly strong. Connecting to the network was quite easy as the signal was strong.
Rooms next to the road can at times get a bit noisy due to the constant traffic. If you’re located at rooms near the nightclub you might experience some disturbance especially at night.
A few guests thought that some of the hotel’s front desk members were very uncooperative. Their reluctance to help can put a damper on many guests’ stay at the hotel. Some of those affected complained about slow check in process and rude replies from the staff.
A few guests felt that the hotel’s continental breakfast selection was minimal. Though there is a great selection of pastries, some felt that having more fruits options would be a welcomed addition. Some guests had to seek other places to have breakfast.
