A number of guests said that the Wi-Fi was very strong and reliable, which for many people travelling meant that they could catch up with family and friends or for those travelling with kids, keep them entertained.

Guests travelling in private vehicles said that the parking was good at the hotel. The parking was spacious and easy to navigate and for those just passing through for a night, the easy parking took the hassle out of travelling long distances.

Guests who stayed here praised the staff at the hotel who made check in a breeze. Staff at the hotel were also singled out by guests who described them as friendly and approachable and willing to do anything to ensure their guests have a pleasant stay.

Guests were disgusted at the state of the rooms on arrival, with many describing the rooms as filthy and in need of a deep clean. Guests also said that the bathrooms were perhaps the dirtiest they had seen with mould build up in the showers and settled hair from previous guests around.

Guests looking forward to the included breakfast were sorely disappointed. Guests said that the meagre continental breakfast was bland, boring and tasteless and they warned future guests to avoid it at all costs.

A common complaint in reviews was that the hotel was very old and smelled foul. Guests spectulated that the hotel had not benefited from any rennovation since its original opening and that years of cigarette smoke had soaked into the carpets and soft furnishings.
