Guests have wonderful views of the ocean right in the comfort of the hotel's well-equipped spa. Guests can relax as they are pampered by well trained and very specialised staff members. The full-service spa is stylish and well maintained. Honeymooners will love being at this resort.
Guests can relax at one of the two restaurants and enjoy amazing meals to die for. They serve a wide range of local cuisine which is really well prepared. There is an array of hot and cold dishes served and most guests had many choices because of the diversity of the dishes on offer.
The staff team at the resort is very devoted to every single guest that enters the building. Every request is handled seriously and efficiently. They always go out of their way to make sure you feel at ease during your stay
Guests who had booked rooms near the bars complained about the noise levels they experienced during their stay. At times the area can be quite loud and this disrupted a peaceful night's sleep.
Some guests felt that the free Wi-Fi connection offered by the hotel was quite slow. They felt that the connection was too slow for a browsing session. Some thought it would have been better if the signal was quicker.
When the hotel is fully booked, the pool area can get overcrowded with guests. The congested feel at the pool can put off many guests who wished to use it.
