Koxyli Studios & Apartments is located in the beautiful Livatho next to the village Metaxata 10 minutes from Argostoli and 5 minutes from the awarded with blue flag beaches Ai Helis, Avythos and Ammes. Also near the beaches Pessada, Trapezaki, Lourdas, Minies and Makris Gialos. It is 2 km away from the Venetian castle Saint George and 4 km from the airport. Surrounded by many colourful villages on the coastline as well the inland ones with picturesque flora. Ancient ruins of Mycenaean ages at Mazarakata will take you back in time. Worth a visit are the monasteries of Saint Andrew at Peratata, Estavromenos at Pessata and the Sisia monastery, established by St Francis of Assisi. At the area there are restaurants with traditional Cephalonian cuisine at 300m, supermarket for shopping, night-life, but as well the serenity of the village. It is ideal for walking to the nearest beach; shopping at Argostoli; renting a bike or car to go around the island; hiking on the mountain Ainos with its unique climate, flora and the wild horses; discovering the little beaches with the crystal clear water. and bathing. Here are many opportunities to ride, canoe, kayak and other water sports, go diving or cycling.
