The hotel provides an ideal spot from which to explore Ensenada. You can easily walk to the downtown or the harbour and there are many bars and restaurants nearby so you won’t have to worry about finding something to eat or drink. There are various attractions you can visit nearby such as the Riviera Cultural Centre and the State Centre for the Arts.
The staff at the hotel will not always be able to solve your problems but they are very friendly and try to assist whenever they can.
There is a pool at the hotel and it is well maintained. The water is always clean and the pool area is a favourite spot for many guests. It’s a nice place to get to know some new people.
The hotel has no parking so you’ll probably have to park out in the street. It doesn’t really feel safe to leave your car there and there’s always the chance of finding a stray dent.
Considering what the hotel is charging, you’d expect a lot more than you’ll find. The beds are hardly comfortable and the televisions in the room are quite old. The Wi-Fi is free but is barely usable and there are one or two plumbing issues in some of the rooms. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and can be very noisy during the day.
