Guests said that the La Quinta Inn & Suites OKC North - Quail Springs is located in a prime area. It has lots of restaurants around, shopping malls close by and easily accessible major highways. Guests traveling on business find the location of the hotel appropriate as well.

Guests find the hotel very pet friendly as there are no extra charges applicable for their pets. Guests said that they enjoyed the other amenities of the hotel as well. They found the pool, fitness center and hot tub in great shape. Breakfast of hot foods and fresh fruits was a hit with many guests too.

Guests visiting with children spoke highly about the staff of the hotel. They found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The staff members were tolerant of the exuberant children running around and taking over the pool.

Re-visiting guests say that the hotel has gone downhill over the years. The rooms are in need of repair and the bathroom has mold growing on the walls and around the bath tub. They feel that the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel has also taken a back seat.

Some guests renting the meeting room of the hotel for holding events are unhappy with the service. Table cloths are wrinkled and spotted; no beverages are supplied, so guests have to get their own making the entire experience a disappointing one for them.

Several guests said that the rooms had a spartan and cheap feel to them. The blackout curtains had stains, shower area had paint peeling off and the toilet was leaking at the floor. The two closets were tiny and one was blocked from opening fully by a night stand.
