Situated in a convenient spot just off the I-94 La Quinta Inn Milwaukee West Brookfield offers simple, but comfortable, accommodation in a pet-friendly environment. The rooms are fairly spacious, and very well equipped. Each features “Smart” TV with plug and play functionality, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, work desk, telephone, hairdryer, clothes iron and alarm clock. Pet owners are always welcome at this hotel, with some of the most pet-friendly policies in the industry. Business travelers will be more impressed with the availability of meeting rooms and all will appreciate the ample free parking. A simple continental breakfast is available in the breakfast room every morning. As for the other two meals, there are a few dining options within walking distance, including Jose’s Blue Sombrero, a casual Mexican cantina just across the way. Families will enjoy the Milwaukee Zoo, just six miles from the hotel. Downtown Milwaukee is 14 miles to the east.

Again and again guests would mention that the staff at the hotel were especially friendly and helpful. It seems that guests found them easy to approach and some also mentioned receiving great local recommendations from the desk clerks.
Considering how close the hotel is to the interstate, there was a remarkable absence of complaints about noise. While only a couple of guests actually mentioned that they found it quiet, the absence of complaints may point to rooms that have been well soundproofed.
A number of guests were simply astonished with how pet-friendly the hotel was. For a start, they were very pleased to be treated just like any other guests and not be charged an extra fee just because their dog was coming along. They also felt like their pets were genuinely welcome, not merely accepted as a matter of policy.
While not mentioned by many guests, it certainly did annoy those who pointed it out. The hotel was said to use particularly low energy light bulbs. These were said to be OK for watching TV, and even romantic moments, but were not good enough for detailed work or reading at all.
While guests conceded that these were included in the superior rooms, this was cold comfort for someone in a standard room, left holding a room temperature beer and a microwave popcorn bag with no way to get the corn to pop.
While guests really didn't think it was a terrible hotel, it didn't seem to blow them away either. With this in mind they put their hotel experience and room rate side by side and felt that they had not received particularly good value for money.
