Guests felt that the staff at this property were absolutely amazing and did a great job in ensuring guests satisfaction. The front desk staff solved every problem with promptness and great efficiency and the breakfast staff did a great job in keeping the breakfast well stocked. Everything was managed efficiently at the hotel.
The hotel is a ten minute drive away from the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, and offers free 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport which the guests really liked. Many restaurants, bars, and local attractions are also located nearby.
Guests found the hotel clean and comfortable with very affordable charges. It offers a perfect place for a stopover. Good location with laundry facility, delicious breakfast, room conveniences like free Wi-Fi and coffee makers which made the hotel a good choice to stay for guests.
The hotel looks a bit dated and is in need of major renovations. Old carpets, unpleasant mould smells in the rooms, paint peeling off, weak Wi-Fi signals, uncomfortable bedding were some of the minor issues highlighted by guests. Though the facilities are adequate, the hotel interiors needs uplift.
The hotel does not have any pool or hot tub facility and there are no computers available for the guests' use. The rooms offer basic facilities, there is no microwave, fridge available in the rooms which left the guests disappointed.
There have been complaints about Wi-Fi / network connectivity being slow. It is sometimes also difficult to connect to the Wi-Fi.
