This hotel has been renovated to a very high standard and is now one of the nicest places to stay in Boone. It's a little pricey but the rooms are spacious, and the amenities are just right. A great base for a trip to the area.
This hotel exceeds most guests' expectations, and they are particularly pleased with the cleanliness of the property. The rooms and the public areas are well maintained, and overall it's a very comfortable place to stay.
This hotel is in an ideal location as it's within walking distance of downtown and all the best restaurants in the area. You can even walk to the university from the hotel which is great for those visiting the campus.
Some of the people that work at this hotel do their best to help you, but there are others that seem uninterested in the guests. There also seems to be a shortage of staff which leads to some problems with guests requests.
This hotel is perfectly acceptable, but it feels more like a budget place than a hotel and guests begrudge paying so much money for such an average hotel. However the renovation work recently done should help remedy this.
So far, there has been no further negative opinion expressed about this hotel.
