Having undergone refurbishment not long ago, the rooms at the La Quinta Inn Ventura were praised by many recent guests. The rooms were generally summed up as spacious and comfortable.

Former visitors admired the service they received from the dedicated employees of the hotel. The accommodation's staff members are supposedly cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable about the Ventura area.

Despite a few complaints about the state of the grass outside, most previous guests found the cleanliness standards to be good at the La Quinta Inn Ventura. The rooms are said to be clean and neat overall.

Whilst it has its obvious benefits in terms of convenience, the La Quinta Inn Ventura's location off Highway 101 was occasionally troublesome in terms of noise. Former visitors have mentioned that, for rooms facing the highway, traffic noise was potentially a problem.

According to a minority of past guests, the breakfast offering at the hotel was far from the best in terms of quality and variety. In addition, the room in which the breakfast is served is apparently cramped in relation to the amount of people that stay at the accommodation.

Along with being situated relatively far away from the major attractions of Ventura, the area of the hotel is considered somewhat sketchy.
