Misunderstandings regarding children’s policy
One issue that came up a couple of times was that some guests had problems with ill-mannered children. Some believed that the hotel had a policy of no under-12’s but noticed families with children clearly under that age.
negative:
A bit expensive
While most guests were perfectly happy with the value they received during their stay, a few who experienced some issues felt that they had overpaid. In their mind the high room rate demanded a completely flawless experience.
negative:
Some service issues
Some guests mentioned that they experienced poor service, possibly as a result of staff being new and unfamiliar with their duties. They felt that at a property like this, these sort of mistakes shouldn’t occur.
