Situated in a fantastic position on a sheltered beach, Las Torres Gemelas offers simple self catering accommodation and a fantastic pool terrace with views out over Acapulco Bay. The rooms have that bright and airy feel typical of the seaside and feature all you’ll need for a great independent holiday, including equipped kitchenettes and private balconies. There’s no doubt that it is the hotel’s pool terrace that is the star of the show. It has simply incredible views out over the bay and is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the good life. The hotel’s three restaurants and a nightclub ensure that guests are well catered for, and needn’t search far and wide for these amenities.. The beach is of course the main attraction, and right out front. Those looking to get out onto the water should head to Acapulco Marina, where boat trips out into the bay can be arranged. It is 4.5 miles from Las Torres Gemelas.

This was perhaps what guests most enjoyed when staying at the property. They described the views, from both their room and many of the hotel's public areas as being simply sublime, leaving them in little doubt as to exactly where they were.
Guests definitely enjoyed using the pool. Not simply for the purposes of taking a dip or laying out in the sun, but also for the great views the terrace afforded over Acapulco Bay.
So far, no recent positive opinion has been expressed by guests about this hotel.
An incredible number of guests reported being unhappy with the level of service they received from the staff. The general feeling was that they were simply uninterested in listening to their guests or correcting any of the issues raised with them. Guests found the indifference, and sometimes even rudeness, to be very off-putting.
It wasn't simply that guests found the décor at the hotel to be old fashioned, which they did, but that the entire property had not been properly maintained for many, many years, leading to strange ad-hoc solutions to try to patch up problems here and there. Guests were unanimous in saying that the hotel was in desperate need of a full and complete renovation.
Many guests commented that they had to wait forever for a lift to come. It was clear to them that the hotel simply did not have enough installed for the number of guests accommodated.
