The hotel is across the road from Lincoln Park which many of the guests found very convenient. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance and those who wanted to explore further afield could take advantage of the hotel's complimentary bike rental. .

Guests who dined at the on-site restaurant complimented the quality of food and also the variety of choice on the menus. Many particularly praised the fact that most of the ingredients are locally sourced and hence fresh whilst the dishes were also said to be nicely presented.

Rooms on the small side.
The standard rooms have been described as small and cramped by many of the guests who objected to having very little space to move around in between the furniture. The bathrooms were also said to be small and cramped. .

Tiring climb to the rooms.
Guests who stayed on the upper floors said that they were reluctant to use the lifts as they were quite slow and were therefore forced to walk up several flights of stairs on a daily basis. If you have any mobility issues it's advisable to ask for a lower floor room. .

The air-conditioning units have been described as quite loud which prevented some guests from using them in the evenings as the noise was said to be quite intrusive. .
