Situated in the village of Batalha right next to the monumental and emblematic Monastery of Santa Maria da Vitória, Hotel Lis Batalha Mestre Afonso Domingues is a 4 star Hotel small charm Hotel. The village of Batalha is situated at the Centre of Portugal close to the pilgrimage city of Fátima (17kms), 30kms to the coast (Nazaré, São Pedro de Muel) and 120kms to Lisbon. The hotel was completely refurbished in May 2017 and increased its capacity to 40 rooms (formerly 22) distinctly decorated and personalized, with all the details essential for a comfortable stay: hairdryer, scale, magnifying mirror, bathrobes and slippers, minibar, air conditioning, telephone, flat screen cable TV, balcony, free individual safe, complimentary coffee/tea facilities, a bottle of mineral water hotel complementary upon arrival and free WIFI internet throughout the hotel. It also features a meeting room, business center, TV room, car park, bar, restaurant and terrace. The Hotel’s Restaurant Vintage serves traditional Portuguese food and has a unique view on the Batalha Monastery.
