Lisbon can be a bit spread out and if you'd like to enjoy your limited time in the city, you'll be happy to be staying in a museum that is also in the middle of all of the attractions. You'll be within walking distance of just about everything and if you need to travel across the city, public transportation is right outside your door.

The staff has a reputation for being courteous and professional. Whether you have inquiries about the area or need some extra services provided, the staff are always at reception ready to take care of you.
Luckily the hotel has installed sound blocking windows, yet, some guests have mentioned that it can be a bit noisy due to the activity on Arsenal street. If you feel that you'd like an extra quiet accommodation, request one of the rooms located in the back of the hotel.
The hotel does not offer a car park, and with the hotel's location being in such a desirable area, you may find that you will pay a fairly large price to park your vehicle.
