The apartment is situated just 50 meters from the cathedral of Seville, Constitution Avenue and the most important monuments of the city. The self contained Duplex Apartment has two floors with interior stairs; on the upper floor you have bedroom, bathroom and private terrace, and on the lower floor you have lounge and bathroom. There are 3 balconies overlooking one of the famous streets in the city. The apartments include an LCD TV, ironing facilities, safety locker, washing machine and a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric hob, microwave and fridge. Check-in after 10pm incurs a surcharge. At check in a damage deposit is required that can either be put up in cash or held on file together with your credit card details and returned to you at check out. The apartments are suitable for children. There is no charge for children under 12 years of age (max 2).
