In fact, at the time of writing there are no dining facilities at the hotel at all. While there was an indication that the hotel is renovating, and will be serving breakfast after these have been completed, this has not been confirmed. Though there are plenty of restaurants nearby, guests would really have liked to grab a quick breakfast at their hotel with a minimum of fuss.

In a bit of a rough neighborhood
A fair number of guests mentioned groups of young men congregating in around the parking lot at times for no immediately apparent purpose. Others mentioned being offered drugs for sale by people close to the building, giving them the feeling that the area was unsafe.

A couple of guests mentioned not liking the single cup coffee machines in their room. They would have preferred the ability to make two or more cups at the same time. Also, they mentioned that there were not enough capsules supplied on a daily basis.
