Disruptive external noise at the Loft 523 has been a somewhat common complaint from past guests. It has been claimed that the soundproofing of the suites are not completely sufficient, and outside noise can filter through a little too easily.
The valet parking at the hotel has come under some criticism. Not only is it considered expensive by most, but some former visitors have noted that it was inconvenient due to the time it took for their vehicle to be returned back to them.
