Guests described this hotel as a calm refuge nestled in the city centre. They loved being so close to shops, restaurants, pubs, and attractions. They enjoyed walking around the historic old town in particular, which offers a guided walking tour many travellers recommended.
It's an excellent value.
International travellers were blown away by the low cost compared to the quality of the accommodations at LOFT Bratislava. They loved being able to stay at a four star hotel, with luxury amenities, like the fully stocked mini-bar and LCD TV, for such an affordable rate.

Guests simply loved the in-house brew pub, Fabrika. They feature hand-crafted beers by Kaltenecker brewery Rožňava, which travellers reported to be very tasty. They also enjoyed the menu at the pub, which serves lunch and evening meals.
The rooms are rather small.
A few guests were dissatisfied with the size of their rooms. They felt that they were cramped, and would have preferred a little more space to spread out. This was an especially prominent criticism from guests travelling with family.
Breakfast is not included.
The hotel does offer an option of a full breakfast buffet or croissants and coffee, but it is not included in the cost of the room. Through nearly everyone had great things to say about the quality of the breakfast, a few guests were not thrilled about having to pay extra for it. They felt that for what they paid for the room in should have been included, and that it was overpriced compared to other places to eat breakfast in the area.
Some of the staff don't speak the best English.
Some guests felt it was important to them that the employees of this Slovakian hotel all speak English perfectly, and that the hotel failed them in this regard.
