By far, one of the most frequently mentioned highlights of this hotel is its location. Many guests have commented on the shopping and dining spots and sightseeing opportunities near the hotel, also commenting that the area in which the hotel is situated is extremely walkable.
Bar a handful of exceptions, guests have been satisfied with the standard of service offered at this Carlton hotel. Although it seems that the service is a little more attentive during the week as opposed to weekends, the staff is generally described as friendly and helpful.
Overall, previous guests have tended to feel they have enjoyed good value for money here. Although the on-site amenities are rather limited, the quality of the rooms is typically found to be good and the room rates reasonable for these standards as well as for the convenient location.
Guests do tend to mention the absence of an on-site restaurant. It's not a massive concern as most rooms have kitchenettes and there are numerous dining spots in the area. That said, guests would still like the option to enjoy at least breakfast at the hotel.
