Previous residents of this basic motel have expressed their concern over M-Star Cleveland's standard of hygiene. Dusty nooks and crannies are common sources of discontent, as are poorly vacuumed carpets, smudged countertops, and dirt lining the rims of tubs. Visitors have also found themselves at odds with stained mattresses and bedding, among other discrepancies contained within the bedrooms.
