Set in the heart of Quebec City’s charming Old Town, Maison Ste-Ursule is a boutique hotel offering rustic accommodation close to the all the main attractions.
The rooms are located in either the original mid 18th century building or in the newer 20th century addition. They are simply furnished, with rustic wood furniture and have all the amenities you’ll need for a great stay, including private or shared bathrooms and TV’s.
The terrace and garden at the back are very popular places to relax in the summer months. Wi-Fi is free of charge and accessible throughout the property.
There are a number of great cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets.
Being in the heart of the Old Town, most of the city’s attractions and amenities are well within easy waking distance. The walls of the Citadelle de Quebec are just 500 yards away, while the renowned Museum of Civilisation is just 1000 yards away.
Of course it had to be the location of the hotel that most impressed guests during their stay. It is right in the heart of the Old Town, which is where all the attractions are and naturally where all the tourists want to be. Guests mentioned that they could easily walk to most of the places they wished to visit.

Negative Reviews
negative:
No air conditioning
Many of those travelling in the hot summer months were unhappy that their room did not have air conditioning. It seems that some rooms are more prone to getting uncomfortably hot than others, and guests allocated one of these rooms felt they really did need air conditioning to make them comfortable.
negative:
Shared bathrooms
While most guests did realise that they had a room with a shared bathroom when booking it, this did not change the fact that they disliked the set up. Some also felt that there were a bit too many rooms assigned to a single bathroom, and often had to wait to use it.
negative:
Poor Wi-Fi
There were far too many complaints about the Wi-Fi for comfort. Some mentioned that it was simply not working at all, while others experienced a system that was both unreliable and slow.
