Its all-suite accommodation is light and spacious and many rooms have sea or pool views. They feature air conditioning, satellite TV, safes and Wi-Fi, which is available for an additional charge. The hotel provides entertainment for adults and children in addition to excellent facilities like a jacuzzi, sauna, playground, two pools, sports courts and a gym. There is free Wi-Fi in reception and free parking available. Buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners are served at La Piazza, which also has an a la carte menu. BBQs are also organised throughout the week, whilst drinks and light snacks are served at Seaview and Bistro, the hotel’s pool restaurant and bar. One of the aspects of Malama Beach Holiday Village that gets the most positive feedback is the staff. You'll be warmly welcomed and well looked after by the team members at this popular hotel who go out of their way to ensure you're having a great time. Guests comment that the staff is cheerful and helpful and that nothing is too much trouble for them.
With a varied buffet available for breakfast lunch and dinner, you'll find there's something for all the family at this hotel. Guests enjoy the variety and quality of the food, which enabled them to try something different every day.
With two pools to choose from, including an atmospheric cave pool, you'll be able to play, exercise and unwind in the refreshing water. Guests also mention that these pools are lovely and clean, putting your mind at ease as well.
Unfortunately, some guests were disappointed with the quality of the Internet at Malama Beach Holiday Village and were unable to connect their devices to the Wi-Fi because of the poor, intermittent signal. This was particularly frustrating to guests who had paid for accessing the Wi-Fi service in their rooms.
If you enjoy going out and exploring, bear in mind that it's around five miles away from Protaras, where you'll find the majority of bars and restaurants. Some guests mention that it was further away from the centre of Protaras than they were expecting.
A small handful of guests found it frustrating that they had to pay extra for some things like Wi-Fi access in their rooms and some of the leisure facilities.
