Mango Lodge is an oasis in the centre of a real African Community in Brufut. Outside the children chatter as they go to school and the brightly dressed women go to market or to collect water. Inside our secure compound a sense of calm surrounds you in the tropical garden with swimming pool and bar area. Our round house - designed like a one from the rural areas of The Gambia is a secluded lodge, with king sized bed and en-suite shower room with hot water. Our rooms in the lodge are large, airy and comfortable - all with en-suite shower and hot water. Our restaurant serves breakfast, pool-side snacks and dinner. We serve a range of western food and local dishes. Our local staff are very knowledgeable and will do anything to make your stay with us a real experience of African life balanced with time spent relaxing in our lovely grounds.
