If you are looking for activities without leaving the property, then there are options here. You can take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool and spend some time in the sauna. If you feel like working out, there is a fitness room where you can exercise.
Guestrooms here are pretty quiet, meaning you should be able to get an undisturbed night's sleep. The beds are comfortable enough as well and some of the rooms offer really great views across the city, which is a pleasing thing to look out upon.
Some of the bathrooms at Mantra Bell City are very much on the small side and the showers are pretty tiny. The fittings are a little past their best as well. A few of the fans don't work that brilliantly and sometimes water can flood the floor.
Not only is the Wi-Fi connection here often rather unreliable, but you have to pay for it as well. Putting up with a slow internet signal is annoying enough at the best of times but it's even worse when it is costing you money.
Previous guests have commented that their rooms weren't as clean as they would have liked and that the housekeeping was a little unpredictable. Things such as tea and coffee weren't replenished often enough and towels sometimes weren't replaced when they needed to be. Also, other guests noted that certain parts of the property were tired. The carpets are worn in places, for instance.
