Hotel Marciano

Situated in First PJM Compound in Real, Calamba City. After conceptualizing the over all plans, Hotel Marciano held it's ground-breaking ceremony back on July 2013. The owner arrived to decision of putting up not just an ordinary hotel but a business boutique one in South Luzon. It is dubbed as the first south business hotel. It's a three star level with facilities such as pillarless function hall which can accommodate a maximum of 300 persons in a banquet. The hotel will also cater live-in functions for the events. Also, a swimming pool is placed where the famous Mt. Makiling can be seen. It is perfectly located in a place where Tagaytay's Palace in the Sky, and Laguna de Bay can also be appreciated by guest. It is accessible to visitors from Metro Manila because its location is near from South Luzon Expressway. Tourists from every part of the globe are welcome to board in Hotel Marciano as they will also be visiting some of Laguna's natural and man-made sceneries like Rizal Shrine in Calamba, Mt. Makiling, it's Botanical Garden, National Arts Center, and hot spring resorts in Los Baños, Splash Island in Biñan, Enchanted Kingdom in Santa Rosa, Heritage Site in Pila, Underground Cementery in Nagcarlan, Pagsanjan Falls in Cavinti, Lake Caliraya and It's Japanese Garden.
