positive:
Great family-run atmosphere
Guests mentioned that the complex is family-owned and run. In their view this made all the difference, describing the owners as very hands on, and with every incentive to make sure their guests had all they needed.
positive:
Very spacious
Whatever small problems guests found with their apartment, its size certainly wasn't one of them. Several mentioned that the apartments were unusually spacious, and more than large enough for the size of their party.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Can get loud at night
Quite a number of guests mentioned that there was quite an active nightlife scene at the complex. Music was often played around the pool until the early hours. It seems that the complex would vest suit those who would be partying around the pool, rather than those trying to sleep.
negative:
Must pay extra for Wi-Fi
Guests really weren't impressed with the Wi-Fi at MariGianna. Firstly, it was only available around the reception area, not in any of the rooms. But what most irked guests was that one had to pay (quite a hefty sum) to get access. Many felt that connectivity was such a central feature of people's lives nowadays that it really should have been included.
negative:
Four stories, no lift
Although it didn't seem to be a big problem for guests commenting, they did point out that there was no lift in the building. Those who have mobility issues may have some problems.
