Guests generally found that the hotel employees were eager to provide assistance, and did so with energetic, engaging attitudes. This hotel is often used for conferences, and even when the hotel is near capacity, the staff still excel in their jobs.
When guests decided to try the hotel's restaurant, they usually had pleasant experiences. Specifically, they remarked that the food was properly presented, well cooked and delicious. Some guests said the food was better than they expected, and mentioned they'd dine there even without also being guests at the property.
Guests appreciated that this hotel has a covered parking garage. They especially liked it when the weather was bad, and particularly if the area was getting a lot of snow.
Although some guests mentioned they liked the hotel's location, there was clarification that it'd be necessary to have a car for exploring the area. Some guests said they would have much preferred if there was a restaurant that was accessible on foot.
