Many visitors fell in love with the beds at this hotel. The mattress was not too firm, just dead right for most guests, and the linen was described as high end. It is so popular that you are able to order it for yourself on line.
This group of staff are so accommodating that before your stay is over, there is a high probability of them greeting you by name. The staff really care about your well-being, and will always be prepared to go the extra mile to ensure a great stay.
Even though this hotel is full most of the time, the check-in and check-out have been reported to be effortless. The breakfast room might be very busy, but you can be pretty sure your food will arrive in the shortest possible time.
Guests who didn't get an upgraded room were a little disappointed with the dated rooms they did get, saying that the decor was old and tatty, the furniture was dusty, and the fittings needed replacement.
