Staff at this hotel will do all they can to make sure you are having as good a stay as is possible. They are friendly and approachable and will deal with any problems as well as they are able to, with the minimum of fuss.

The décor at this hotel is feeling very old and faded. The paint and wallpaper is peeling and some areas are stained and not as clean as they should be. The water pressure in the shower is poor and there is a musty smell around the building. A fairly substantial revamp is required.
