The hotel is a great place to stay if you have an early morning flight, or even if you've just arrived from a late night flight and want to quickly rest your head. Overall, the hotel is great for an overnight in Lisbon; however, it is a bit far from the city centre.
If you are physically challenged or someone with you is physically challenged, you won't find any problem with convenience at this hotel. Staff are more than willing to go out of their way to accommodate you without making you feel like you are inconveniencing them.
Even though the hotel is located near the highway and the airport, the rooms are immune to the exterior noise.
Okay, so you have to wait roughly fifteen to twenty minutes for the shuttle bus service to the airport, but the airport is only five-minutes away by foot. Then again, if you have a lot of luggage, the shuttle option may make sense. Some visitors may feel that the hotel price outweighs the value you receive, and that the hotel is basically capitalizing on their convenience to the airport.
There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This may not be important to everyone; nonetheless, having the option would be nice.
If you are sharing your room with others, you will have to be somewhat creative when it comes to using the bathroom. It's an open plan concept. The bathroom is directly open to the room; however, this may not be the situation with every room.
